These sharp priced x/y/z tables are stable and precise. Worldwide they are used for very different tasks. Thes machines use face-milled aluminium profiles, they are driven by the famous Colinbus Hybrid motors and run unto zero-tolerance double track guides.
They are available with a working area of upto maximum 1250 x 1030 mm and with a Z-ax of upto maximum 460 mm.
Their low weight, low cost and high precision make them ideal to be used in the lab, the educational world or for a lot of industrial purposes.

For this range of machines special electronics has been developed by Colinbus. It is not only essential to have a reliable and accurate control unit but a lot of extra control options are required. To control all the possible applications a lot of extra software driven in- and outputs have been provided. Digital as well as analoge in- and outputs are provided to control speed, pressure or any other parameter. The CDC-700 controller is reliable, versatile and easy-to-use!

• All machines standard are equipped with a T-nut table. This table is made of stress-resistant and face-milled profiles. Work pieces can be clamped onto the table with the use of special T-nut blocks, stoprails or slide nuts.
• Hybrid motors assure high accuracy, high-power combined with high-security, high duration of life and a high holding torque without using magnetical brake.
• Lead screws on all axes with ball screw nuts that have a repeatabilty precision of 0,01mm.
• Zero-tolerance and low-noise double linear guidings in all axes.
• End switches as well as reference switches for precise re-positioning. Accuracy of +/- 0,01 mm.
• Built with high-precision aluminium profiles. This guarantees extreme rigidity and a low weight.
• Can be delivered as desktop or floor standing model. Fully-closed cabinet is available as well.

Colinbus CBR units can be delivered in different configurations and dimensions. The tabletop version is not heavy at all and can be moved manually quite easily. It can be placed on any straight surface. All machines are delivered with an understructure. It is not a separate table but a solid integrated construction with storage space. Then there is the closed cabinet as well. In this configuration the machine has been integrated in a closed cabinet with all safety regulations: clear signalization and interrupt switches on the doors. The working space stays clean and there is less noise pollution.
