Originally the CBR range has been designed for modelling. This means that these machines are capable as well to make full-scale models. Most of the machines on the market are too heavy, too light or not precise enough. Not so for the Colinbus machines: a large working area, accurate and more than strong enough to machine the different materials that are use for making full-scaled models. On request larger-sized machines than the CBR-80 can be build but in that case only light materials can be used.

If the working dimensions or the strength of the CBR range would not be sufficient than the CIR or the CLR range may be an option. Not only can these machines be used for heavier materials but they can be delivered with much larger working areas. Again here the software that goes with it is powerful but very easy-to-use. All well-known file formats can be input without any problem.

The CBR range for small milling work; the CPR machines for high-level engraving and all the larger machines as the CIR or CLR range to machine heavier and large-sized materials. The larger machines are commonly used in the stand building industry. For all the machines dust and sound hoods are available. Because of safety regulations all larger machines are sold to schools with these protection cabinets. They are built in such a way that they can only operate with closed doors.
