Colinbus CPR-30/PCB to mill double-sided PCB’s, front panels, 3D-shaped figures and a lot more.
The Belgian manufacturer Colinbus has recently introduced a new PCB milling machine which has a lot more to offer than the previous models and will be put on the market at a very reasonable price. Because of the active Z-axis and the face-milled T-nut table this machine can not only mill and drill double-sided PCB boards but it can machine other materials as well. This way a variety of jobs can be done with the CPR-30/PCB: 3D-shaping for the high-frequency market, drilling holes in cabinets, making front panels and stencils. The special technology required for PCB machines has been combined here with the rigid but flexible construction of a compact-sized CNC milling machine. The software that comes with the machine does the rest.
The CPR-30/PCB has a working area of 360 (y) x 280 (x) x 40 mm (z) and comes standard with a high-frequency spindle motor of 30.000 rpm, a face-milled T-nut table, an alignment system for the production of double-sided PCB’s, an engraving head with depth limiter, a clamping system for larger work pieces, a cyclone-shaped dust extraction system and powerful but easy-to-use software.
This machine is delivered not only with software needed for milling and drilling of PCB boards but also with professional CAM software and a user-friendly and clear structured user-interface. According to the manufacturer this user-interface is a very important sales argument for these kinds of milling machines. This way controlling such a machine becomes extremely simple.
A range of accessories are available as an option: a sound cabinet, a cooling system and a range of clamp / fixation systems to mount the working pieces. The very affordable price makes this machine a nice working instrument for schools and universities and electronics labs.

De Belgische fabrikant Colinbus heeft een nieuwe printfreesmachine voorgesteld die nog meer mogelijkheden biedt dan zijn voorgangers en bovendien wordt aangeboden voor een interessantere prijs. Dankzij een actieve Z-as en een vlakgefreesde T-nut tafel is deze machine niet alleen geschikt voor het frezen en boren van dubbelzijdige printen, maar ook voor het bewerken van andere materialen. Zo kan men met deze machine ook driedimensionale vormen voor de hoogfrequent markt, gaten in behuizingen, frontpanelen of bijvoorbeeld stencils maken. De speciale technologie die nodig is voor een printfreesmachine werd bij dit apparaat gecombineerd met de robuuste en flexibele opbouw van een compacte CNC-freesmachine. De bijgeleverde software zorgt voor de rest.
De CPR-30/PCB heeft een werkbereik van 360 (y) x 280 (x) x 40 mm (z) en wordt standaard geleverd met een hoogfrequent spindelmotor van 30.000 RPM, een vlakgefreesde T-nut tafel, een uitlijnsysteem voor het maken van dubbelzijdige printen, een graveerkop, een klemsysteem voor grotere werkstukken, een cycloon stofafzuigsysteem en krachtige maar toch heel gebruiksvriendelijke software.
Colinbus levert met de machine niet alleen de noodzakelijke software voor het frezen en boren van printen, maar ook professionele CAM-software en een intuïtief bedienbare user-interface. Volgens de fabrikant is deze user-interface een heel belangrijk verkoopargument bij dergelijke freesmachines. Het bedienen van zulke machines wordt daarmee uitermate eenvoudig.
Optioneel is er een reeks accessoires beschikbaar, zoals een geluidskast, een koelsysteem en allerlei hulpsystemen voor het monteren van werkstukken. De aantrekkelijke prijs maakt deze machine zeer geschikt voor scholen en kleine elektronicalaboratoria.
De Colinbus CPR-30/PCB kost 5.950,- Euro exclusief BTW. De machine is ook beschikbaar met een HF-spindelmotor met 60.000 RPM.
